About
An umbrella group supporting the psychospiritual development of individuals, organisations, and society
M.INT
What the Name Means
M.INT stands for Mindfulness & Inner Transformation.
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention on purpose to your own mind, your own body, the people in front of you, and the world you are standing in.
Inner transformation is what happens when that attention is sustained long enough to change something.
Psychospiritual is a word we use often, so let us be plain about it.

Psycho
This is the mind: how you think, what you fear, what you inherited without choosing it.
Spiritual
This is the part of a person that reaches for meaning—that asks what this life is for. Most work on human development treats these separately[. A therapist attends to the mind. A religious leader attends to the spirit. An economist attends to neither. We hold them together, because a person does not experience them separately.
Some Ask
Why a group of companies
Because transformation is not a single product
- A child needs a comic before she needs a philosophy
- A market woman needs a two-minute practice she can do while waiting for customers, not a weekend retreat she cannot afford to attend
- A chief executive needs the language of organisational change
- A young man in Ibadan needs a documentary in a voice that sounds like his own
One organisation cannot serve all of that. So M.INT is built as six, each with its own craft, all working from the same root.
