Six companies, one root—offering different doors for every individual's journey
M.INT
The Six Companies
Six companies. One root.
Each was built because a different kind of person needs a different kind of door.
A comic is a door;
A consulting engagement is a door;
A quiet room with a library in it is a door;
What is behind them is the same.

The M.INT Academy
It teaches arts, sciences, humanities and community values through one guiding question: What is this life for, and what am I here to do with it? Its entire program is built on indigenous African philosophies—Ubuntu, Ujamaa, Omoluabi—not as add-ons to Western education but as the foundation itself. The Academy restores and centers the continent’s own knowledge systems, treating them as the primary lens through which students learn and grow.

The M.INT Media & Publication Network
The Network’s mission is to take complex, inner‑life work and translate it into accessible media that reaches broad audiences. It uses multiple channels—film, documentary, television, radio, podcasts, multilingual guided meditations, books (including children’s mindfulness titles), and digital/social platforms—to ensure these ideas travel beyond academic circles and into the daily lives of ordinary people, especially young people and communities across Nigeria.

The M.INT Consulting & Advisory
The organisation is built around a different model of change—one that starts with mindset, culture and the quality of human attention rather than structure charts. Its work spans three streams: helping private‑sector companies truly live their vision, mission and values while transforming leadership and culture; advising public‑sector institutions on systemic reform, national cohesion and interventions that speak to citizens’ inner lives; and supporting individuals in transition, especially those leaving corporate careers to build lives rooted in purpose.

The M.INT Games & Comics
The work centres on creating wholesome games and comic books for children and families—traditional and contemporary forms that teach values through play rather than lectures. Because children absorb stories far more deeply than instruction, the games and comics are built around kindness, courage, curiosity, honesty and emotional awareness. From Ayo and Ludo to storytelling and card games, and original comic series set in familiar Nigerian places with characters who speak as Nigerian children do, the goal is to embed empathy and character inside the joy of play.

The M.INT Foundation
The Foundation exists to improve the lives of marginalized people by reopening doors that socio‑economic circumstances have closed and by bringing M.INT’s work to communities least able to pay for it—market women, informal workers, out‑of‑school children, and rural or displaced groups. Its premise is not charity but justice: those carrying the heaviest burdens have the least access to anything that might ease them, and while mindfulness is often treated as a luxury for people with time, the Foundation insists it belongs first to those who have none.

The M.INT Centre
The Centre is a sanctuary for returning to oneself—a peaceful, joyful, open space devoted to wholeness through knowledge, the arts and sciences, ethical values, community, and the simple experience of being unhurried among others. It brings these ideals to life through a public library open to all, rooms for practice and stillness, studios and workshops for creative exploration, gathering spaces for dialogue and learning, and an organic farm and kitchen that reconnect people to the land through work done with their hands, in soil, and shared as food.
